Summer Reading Challenge

Libraries Rock!

Rock 'n' roll with us June 18 through August 19 during our Summer Reading Challenge. This year features a variety of events and programs to encourage participants of all ages to explore, learn, create and connect. Read books, attend programs and complete activities—all while earning points for badges or stickers to win prizes.

Register and Play

Register and play online with a new interactive game board that tracks your activity to earn badges along the way. Take a few simple steps to set up an account now:

Not sure about playing online? Printed game boards for kids and teens are available at any branch beginning June 18. Both online and printed game board registration is available through Sunday, August 19. Kids and teens can keep reading and earning prizes through Sunday, September 2.

Adults Can Play Too

Summer Reading Challenge is not just for kids and teens. Adults can register to read, review titles and attend library programs to earn online badges and be entered to win $25 Visa gift cards. Earn four badges and be entered into the grand prize raffle for a Kindle Fire, which comes complete with a case and a tote bag filled with books and painting supplies to make your own rock garden. The winners of the adult prizes will be announced on Friday, August 24.
