Library Launches New Customer Service Model
At Baltimore County Public Library, we are committed to upholding the system's mission, vision and values. As we continue to evolve into a superior 21st century library, one of our top priorities is to offer first-class customer service, meeting the evolving needs of all of our customers, both in person and online. Every day, we focus on what our library can do to provide innovative, responsive and relevant services. For these reasons, we have launched a new customer service model and encourage the community to participate with us.

How You Can Help
We value your thoughts! We encourage you to fill out our new customer comment card in one of our branches, our bookmobiles or using this online form. When you’re in the library, look for staff wearing 100% Be All In pins on their lanyards. These employees are being recognized for providing exemplary service. We invite you to "Be All In" as we work together to elevate our customer service model to make a more inclusive and connected Baltimore County.
