Each year, everyone in Maryland has the opportunity to connect with others by reading the same book at the same time by participating in One Maryland One Book. A program of Maryland Humanities, One Maryland One Book is a statewide event that promotes reading with discussions, programming and an author tour. The library is proud to partner in One Maryland One Book.

The selected book for 2018 is "Bloodsworth" by Tim Junkin. It is the true story of the first death row inmate, and Maryland native, exonerated by DNA evidence. Pick up a copy of the book and plan to join us at one of our upcoming programs.
