The contest begins on Sunday, April 12, 2015 and ends on Thursday, April 30 at 9 p.m., the close of business for Baltimore County Public Library’s (BCPL) 19 branches. Entries that are submitted before or after the contest period will be disqualified.

You may enter the contest in one (1) of two (2) ways: by dropping entry blank in the entry box at any of BCPL’s 19 branches or by mailing the entry form to the following address: BCPL Marketing, 320 York Road, Towson, MD 21204. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person. Additional entries beyond the specified limit will be void.

This contest is open only to legal residents of the state of Maryland, who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of the Baltimore County Public Library (BCPL) system, along with its contractors, affiliates, subsidiaries and family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

On May 1, 2015, BCPL Marketing will select one (1) entry to win the diamond ring from all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. BCPL will attempt to notify the one (1) potential winner via telephone or email on or about May 1, 2015. If the potential winners cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, BCPL may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.
