Baltimore County Public Library Now Offers Two Ways to Watch Films on the Go...

Criterion Films Button

The Criterion Collection includes collections ranging from "Independent American Cinema" to collections of French, German, Japanese, and Eastern European and Russian films. The movies can be browsed by various categories. They don't need to be checked out and there are no limits to the number of users who can be watching at once, the number of films that you select, or the number of times they can be watched.

To get started: Select the Criterion Films button above, enter your library login information, choose a film, and you’re all set.

Kanopy Button: A new service

The Baltimore County Public Library offers the Kanopy films collection which includes documentaries, indie and foreign films, Great Courses educational videos, must-see classics and blockbuster movies.

Customers can watch up to 15 films per month, per library card.

To get started: Select the Kanopy button above, select Sign Up, and follow the prompts to create an account. Visit Kanopy support if you need to find step-by-step instructions for creating your account.
