My Librarian Appointment Request

Do you need one-on-one personal assistance from a librarian? Whether you need help downloading an ebook, an introduction to Microsoft Word, or an in-depth demonstration of how to use the library's databases, our librarians can help you accomplish your goals. BCPL is pleased to offer My Librarian, a free 60-minute session with a librarian, by appointment at any of our 19 branches throughout Baltimore County.

In order to receive the best possible service, we recommend having a valid Baltimore County Public Library card. Don't have a BCPL card? Our staff at any branch can assist you or you can complete the online registration.
