Sign Up for Email Notification

Baltimore County Public Library offers email notification to patrons for overdue material (2 weeks past due), long overdue material (4 weeks past due), reserved material ready for pickup and fines owed for 2 weeks or more. To receive email notification instead of a phone call or paper notice, please complete the fields below.

BCPL will do everything to ensure safe delivery of customer messages, however, technical disruptions, full mailboxes, spam filters, invalid email addresses, and the timeframe for a customer checking their email can contribute to missed messages. Customers are held responsible for tracking the due date on checked out material.
