The following benefits are
available to salaried full-time employees:
- Four weeks vacation after one full
year of employment.
- Three weeks sick leave after one full
year of employment. (which can be accumulated)
- Nine paid holidays per calendar
year.
- 56 hours of paid personal leave per fiscal
year.
- Membership in the Maryland State
Teachers’ Pension System OR the Baltimore County Employees' Retirement
System (dependent on position).
- Worker’s Compensation

for satisfactory service, up to the pay grade maximum.
