About the Rosedale Branch

Located in an area that was once farmland, the Rosedale community developed rapidly in the 1960s. Designed by the architectural firm J. Prentiss Brown, Inc., the large angular building that houses the Rosedale Branch sits atop one of the highest sites in eastern Baltimore County.  The branch is located conveniently near the Baltimore Beltway and Interstate 95 and serves the residents, schools and businesses in the Rosedale, Overlea and Fullerton areas.

About Storyville

Storyville is an interactive early literacy learning center designed specifically for children birth to five and their caregivers.  As charming to adults as it is to children, Storyville is a place where preschoolers and their caregivers can read, play and learn together in a fun, interactive and literacy rich environment.
