Administers federal and state rent subsidy programs, and provides housing counseling and information and referral services for low-income persons in Baltimore County. The Housing Choice Voucher Program, formerly known as Section 8, helps families pay their rent. This rent subsidy programs have a waiting list. Applications may be requested by telephone.
