Dental services are for Baltimore County residents who do not have any type of dental insurance and meet age eligibility
Children age 0 to age 21 (age 17 or younger must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the initial appointment)
Senior citizens age 60 and over (one course of treatment)

Maintains list by specialty and zip codes of dentists who treat Baltimore County residents who are physically and mentally limited, homebound, nursing homebound, and the general public.
The Dental Access program is a joint referral program between the Baltimore County Department of Health and the Baltimore County Dental Association. To qualify you may not have any form of dental insurance or third party financial assistance and must meet financial guidelines. Those who qualify can receive a discounted fee for services provided by private participating general dentists and specialists.

Services provided by students of CCBC Dundalk’s Dental Hygiene program under the supervision of a certified dentists or dental hygienist/faculty member. The CCBC Dental Hygiene program, available exclusively on the Dundalk campus, provides no or low-cost basic preventative oral health services to residents of the area.

A child with cleft lip, cleft palate or other craniofacial anomalies may face multiple and complex problems. Interdisciplinary care is optimal if it begins shortly after birth and continues until the individual is physically full grown (usually around 21 years of age). The Cleft Lip and Palate Program, which is recognized by the American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association (ACPA), uses a multidisciplinary team to coordinate evaluations and treatments to meet the patient's overall developmental, medical and psychosocial needs.

Covers dental costs during pregnancy and for children from birth through 20 years old. Available to all Maryland Medicaid enrollees. DentaQuest handles the coordination of all dental-related customer service for Maryland enrollees. They can assist with locating a dental provider, explaining dental benefits and verifying eligibility.

Provides free medical and dental services and prescription medications to the uninsured working poor, homeless and economically disadvantaged people via a mobile medical clinic. The Reisterstown Clinic is available twice a month on Tuesdays but the schedule of all clinic locations and dates can be found on their website. Dental clinic is a walk-in first-come, first-served dental clinic. Appointments are not taken over the phone. Procedures performed are fillings and extractions
Complete line of basic dental services as well as complex dental needs and emergency oral health services for individuals of all ages, including the underserved and disadvantaged. Dental and dental hygiene students provide the majority of the treatment, supervised by licensed dentists-faculty. More advanced complex cases are referred to dental residents who have graduated from dental school. If applicant is accepted, a dental student will notify patient and arrange further treatment. Fee varies and must be paid at the time for service. Accepts Medical Assistance and direct payment from several dental insurance plans, with prior authorization.

Urgent Care Dental Clinic: a walk-in clinic for adults experiencing pain or swelling on Monday through Friday. For people who are not regular patients of the school of dentistry. There are limited urgent care appointments available and they are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please know that patients come early in the morning to try to ensure a spot.
