What Is Connections: Children, Youth and Family Resources?

 

In Baltimore County, there are many community organizations with trained staff to answer questions and to help you find the information needed to make informed decisions. Connections: Children, Youth and Family Resources is a listing of those organizations that work with children, youth and their families. Connections has been designed to help you make a direct connection with the organization that can provide the most appropriate services for you. We hope you will find this directory is a useful self-help guide to the many services available in our County.

 

Connections includes entries for government agencies at the federal, state, local county and city levels as well as non-profit organizations. Businesses are included only if they offer services which are difficult for the consumer to locate. Businesses that are readily found in the yellow pages of phone directories or those that advertise their services widely are not included.

 

All updates and changes are reviewed on a continual basis. Organizations are encouraged to report to the Information Services Department (410-887-6124) of the Baltimore County Public Library any changes or inaccuracies that may occur in the interim.
