Provides individual, group and crisis counseling and assessment intervention
for returned runaway and ungovernable/incorrigible youth (up to age 18) and
their families. Services available by referral from the County Police, the
Maryland Department of Juvenile Services, or to those who seek services on
their own.

creation and distribution of missing children posters and coordinates national
response. Presents seminars for parents and police to address incidents of

leads on missing children; provides assistance to families and law enforcement
