Each year from November 15 to April 15, there are two cold weather
shelters open 7 days a week from 7 p.m. until 7 a.m.; dinner and breakfast
are provided. The West Side shelter is on the grounds of Spring Grove
Hospital, Catonsville, Maryland. Pick-up shuttle to the West Side shelter is
located at the bus stop on the corner of Frederick Road and Paradise Ave
from 6:45 p.m.-7:45 p.m. The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) bus line
number 2/10 runs along Frederick Road. The East Side shelter is at the
Eastern Family Resource Center, 9100 Franklin Square Drive, Baltimore,
Maryland 21237. There is a bus stop (bus line 31/35) in front of the
building. Bus lines 4, 24 and 55 run near the shelter.
