A Message From the County ExecutiveAt one time or another, we all may have problems we feel unable to handle
alone. Often just finding straight answers to questions can be difficult.
Our family, friends, and relatives are frequently able to help, but they
are not always around. Sometimes our questions are such that we feel more
comfortable talking with someone who doesn't know us.
In Baltimore County, there are many community organizations with trained
staff to answer questions and to help find the information needed to make
informed decisions. This directory is a partial listing of those
organizations. It has been designed to help you make a direct connection
with the organization that can provide the most appropriate services for
you. We hope you will find Connections: Children, Youth and Family
Resources a useful self-help guide to the many services available in our
county.
