How to Download an eBook to Your Computer:

  1. Download and Install Free Software
    Click here to read more about the free software for your preferred format.
  2. Register your software
    Click here for quick tips on how to Register your software
  3. Select titles
    You can browse or search this site for downloadable materials.
  4. Add to BookBag
    When you locate a title of interest, simply add it to your BookBag
  5. Check Out Title
    Once you have checked out a title, a download page will be displayed. Click the 'Download' link to start the download. Once the download is complete, you can close your Internet connection and enjoy the materials offline.

    If a desired title is not available, you may place a hold on the title. When the title is available for you, you will receive an email with instructions on checking the book out.

How to Transfer an eBook to your PDA:

The method of transfer that you should use depends on the version of Adobe Reader that you have installed.

If you have Adobe Reader 6...

  1. Go to File > My Bookshelf.
  2. Right-click the title to be transferred to your PDA and select 'Send to Mobile Device'.
  3. Click 'Prepare' to begin converting the book for use on your PDA.
  4. When prompted, perform a sync operation to transfer the book.

If you have Adobe Reader 7...

  1. Go to File > Digital Editions > My Digital Editions.
  2. Right-click the title to be transferred to your PDA and select 'Send to Mobile Device'.
  3. Click 'Prepare' to being converting the book for use on your PDA.
  4. When prompted, perform a sync operation to transfer the book.
