Comprehensive Zoning Map Process (CZMP)
(local interest)
This process allows every
parcel of land in the county to be reviewed for possible rezoning. Baltimore
County has adopted "electronic zoning". Documentation of
zoning changes and the official zoning maps have shifted from paper to
electronic versions.
Logs of CZMP issues are organized by Council District.
