From Towson via the Beltway (I-695): Take Exit 32 North (Belair Road/US 1) and follow it 3-1/2 miles. The library is on the left hand side of Belair Road.

Located on Belair Road, the Perry Hall Library provides recreational reading, information service, Internet access and programs for community residents. Opened in 1963 as a result of the work of the Northeastern Library Association, the Perry Hall Library continues to be the focus of community support.
