Benefits of Employment for Salaried Full-time Employees

 

The following benefits are available to salaried full-time employees:

  • Paid Time Off

    • Four weeks vacation (increasing to 5 1/2 weeks over time) after completing one year of service

    • Three weeks sick leave (which can be accumulated)

    • Seven personal leave days per fiscal year

    • Nine paid holidays per calendar year

  • Membership in the Maryland State Teachers’ Pension System OR the Baltimore County Employees' Retirement System (Eligibility based upon employment position)
